About Clover, SC - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Located in York County, South Carolina, Clover is a small town found within the greater Charlotte, NC Metro Area. As of 2010, approximately 5,100 people were living within the town’s limits. Historically, Clover began in 1876 as a railway stop, and it is located about eight miles east of where the Battle of Kings Mountain occurred during the Revolutionary War. The Clover School District serves the area, and older students will complete their secondary education at Clover High School.

As a small community, there are few major attractions located in Clover, but there are some interesting places to visit. There are several parks found in the community, including Roosevelt, New Centre, and Cover Community Parks. Visitors and residents who would like some fresh seafood enjoy a trip to Saltwater Market, and there are many great local restaurants here. Some of the most popular include Clover Station, Victoria’s Diner, and Nagoya.

HVAC professionals in Clover are available to help both residents and visitors to stay safe and comfortable through the year. Weather conditions vary with the season, and during the summer, the climate is hot, muggy, and humid. Many days see temperatures that reach highs well into the 90s. Not only will an Energy Star air conditioner keep home and business interiors cool, but it can also help to improve indoor air quality and save on monthly utility costs.

Clover and the surrounding areas are popular destinations during the winter because the season is mild, cool, and relatively short. Daytime highs usually reach the low-50s, but overnight lows can fall below freezing. HVAC professionals recommend that residents upgrade their old heating system to an energy efficient furnace or heat pump during the warmer autumn months. This way, they will be ready to use when winter cold fronts move into the area.
